Job DescriptionØ Publishing/testing and deployment of MSI-packaged applications
Ø Producing reports on success rates of all deployed applications

Ø Liaising with on-site application discovery team and applications packaging team
Ø Resolution of problem tickets and change requests within contracted SLA targets and working with Service

Job Description
At least 3 to 4 years experience with Legato Networker, preferably both, including (common) backup techniques used, like:
Ø LAN backup
Ø SAN backup
Ø Snapshots, business copy
Ø Data movers
A certification is also preferred.

Job Description
Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance/ support of the Standard Operating Environment. Key responsibilities and typical activities will include:

Ø Development of the SOEs.
Ø Own and maintain the SOEs.
Ø Identification and analysis of Patches
Ø Identifying the impact of technical changes to or affecting the SOE to an operational level.
Ø Provide 3rd line support to client support teams for the SOE when required.
