Job DescriptionØ Data modeling based on business requirements adhering to recognized industry standards;
Ø Sound data warehouse and business intelligence architecture and development using the Microsoft BI technologies including: SQL Server 2005/2008 RDBMS,
- Integration Services
- Analysis Services,
- Reporting Services;
- PerformancePoint Server
Ø Working knowledge of the T-SQL, MDX and VB(.Net) Script languages;
Ø Implementation experience of leading front-end business intelligence tools for Analysis Services eg. Proclarity/Performa ncePoint or Panorama;
Ø Demonstrable development lifecycle understanding;
Ø Business analysis and requirement gathering skills;
Ø The optimization of physical data models for a Microsoft implementation;
Ø Client facing and thinking strategically from client’s perspective to deploy correct solutions;
Ø Understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Services

Job Description

BO Designer ( 5-8 years of hard core BO experience)
Job Description
Ø Candidates must be strong in dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Ø Well conversant with BO XI R2/R3
Ø Advanced Universe Development. Requires thorough knowledge of the Business Objects Universe Designer application (Version XIR3).
Ø Work with business users and analysts to ensure that the BI environment supports business requirements.
Ø Advanced Report Development. Ability to create complex Web Intelligence reports requiring multiple data providers.
Ø Good experience of Business Objects development using Crystal, WebIntelligence, Voyager, Polestar, and Xcelsius
Ø Very good knowledge of database experience with stored procedures, triggers and advance SQL
Ø Atleast one project experience of using SAP BW as back end for BO reports
Ø Knowledge of atleast one of the following – Xcelsius, Voyager, Polstar, Live Office, BO SDK
Ø Experience with at least one data modeling tool (Power Designer, Oracle D/2000, Rational Rose, or ERwin) is a plus
