5+ years experience in computer operations, customer support and some experience programming in HTTP or VXML

Strong process background in NOC, Military Command and Control, or Emergency Response operations centers

Experience working in, and with, Fortune 1000 NOC environments

Experience in enterprise network management (multi-site environment)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Industry certifications such as ITIL are a plus

Working exposure to VXML and HTML

A plus to have :exposure to debugging VXML based applications, exposure to HP OpenView, Cisco Works, Quality and Testing Processes, ITIL Framework

C++ Developer

Good knowledge in operating systems such as Windows or Unix (UnixWare / Sun Solaris) or Linux

Hands on  C++

Experience in OOPs concepts

A plus to have exposure to C#/.Net

Experience in Open Source apps is added advantage

5+ years of Contact Center Domain experience

Understanding of component interaction and integrations in CIM space

Resource with generic programming background in any language preferred. (Not IVR)

Knowledge on Cisco domain is preferable but not a must

Very good proficiency in Word, PPT, Excel, Visio
