Should be able to do 100% hand coding using Textpad, EditPlus etc. Knowledge of full CSS tableless layouts and CSS techniques Knowledge of W3C Validation, Browser Compatibility is required. Highly skilled in PHP4 & PHP5, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and/or other javascript libraries. Experience with Drupal, Joomla will be preferred.
