Position: Technical Lead- Java
Experience: 4 to 6 Yrs
Job Description –
• Tech Lead will be the offshore senior developer in the team
• He will ensure sanity of design and team’s adherence to development process and development standards
• He will mentor 1-2 junior members in the team
• He will ensure quality of deliverables to the customer
• He will coordinate with onsite team as required
Requirements• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
• J2EE
• Java (1.5)
• JUnit
• JSP, Servlets
• XML, XSD, XSL, XML Parsers
• XML over HTTP
• Webservice, Preferably Axis
• GOOD TEAM PLAYER
• OOAD
• Tomcat , JBoss, Weblogic
• Database required: Oracle, PL/SQL
• Preferable knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Struts
• Health Domain experience would help
• Able to validate application design for security, performance and scalability
• Performance analysis and troubleshooting applications in production
• 4-6 Years experience with at least 2 Years on JAVA, Oracle, JEE
