Position: - Mobile/.NET WAP Dev Manager
Experience: - 8 – 10 Yrs
Essential Duties• Manage multiple scrum teams
• Resolve technical issues from an architecture / design perspective
• Review design / architecture on a need basis
• Evangelize the technology and solutions with the technical architect team in US
• Innovate and conceptualize new solutions
• Articulate designs and explain to the architect teams in US
• Keep abreast of new and upcoming web technologies
Qualification & Experience
• 8 - 10 years of overall industry experience; out of which at least 6 years in designing, coding and releasing web applications and WAP applications.
• Success in leading multiple small teams at a technical level
• Success in managing teams across technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Mobile etc
• Organization skills sufficient to prioritize and perform several projects at various stages of completion
• Success working under stringent deadlines
• Good oral and written communication skills
Education: - BE/ BTech or Master Degree in Science with relevant experience in software development
