Position: - Tech /Engineering Manager
Experience:- 8 – 10 Yrs
Essential Duties• Manage multiple scrum teams
• Resolve technical issues from an architecture / design perspective
• Review design / architecture on a need basis
• Evangelize the technology and solutions with the technical architect team in US
• Innovate and conceptualize new solutions
• Articulate designs and explain to the architect teams in US
• Keep abreast of new and upcoming web technologies
Qualification & Experience• BE/ BTech or Master degree in Science with relevant experience in software development
• At least 6 years in designing, coding and releasing including at least one load-balanced, publicly-facing .NET web site using NET 2.0/3.0/3.5 and written in C#; at least 3 – 4 experience in managing SCRUM teams; experience working in Global delivery model (onsite – offshore teams); onsite exposure is a plus.
• Success in leading multiple small teams at a technical level
• Success in managing teams across technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Mobile etc
• Organization skills sufficient to prioritize and perform several projects at various stages of completion
• Success working under stringent deadlines
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to move with the flow of changing needs in the industry; technical aptitude
