Role:	Network Engineer – Infrastructure
Experience/Skills:	The prime responsibility for the person in this role will be to remotely upgrade firmware of ADVA NTEs which are placed at different customer sites. This position will require strong network technical skills along with interaction to Client Technical engineers who will be assisting the upgrade or support testing post upgradation. Key tasks for this position include:            Remotely upgrade approx 2100 ADVA NTE boxes which are placed at different customers sites. There are approx 100 such customers involved.         Engineer need to log into each of the ADVAs and follow a set of step by step instructions to upgrade the firmware.          Access to the devices will be by using the element GUI (HTTP Connection) via TNRelay. ·         Willing to work in UK & Early Morning Shifts   Skills Required:   • Should be Graduate with 2 years of experience in Telecom domain in IP space.  CCNA/CCNP Certification is preferred.  • Should have at least 1 year of hands on experience of configuring Cisco Routers and Switches. • Knowledge on ADVA NTE is preferred. • Should have knowledge on Telecom Domain. • Good oral communication skills. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
